All drawings in this collection were made by W. Marchall and date from 1903-1918. Most all of the works are signed and dated. They follow the young artist Willie Marchall that lived in Gas City Indiana starting with his childhood drawings and onward. Interest range from popular car racers of the time, presidents, and mischief. Very charming works done with ink and pencil and some hand color applied. The paper is over 100 years old and delicate and wear and age varies from piece to piece.
