This amazing and large model was made in 1945. Piece is made of plaster and shows wear from years of use. Piece has many pieces that can removed: Stomach, heart, liver, intestines, uterus, kidney, brain, and lungs. Each piece is hand painted and numbered and piece is mounted on an oak base. The item is a very unique piece of art in its own right and the details are numerous. The eye is glass and hand blown with incredible detail and realism. Made by Denoyer Geppert Chicago--signed on the back of the model and dated. Measures: 37" H
This portfolio (set of 12 large cards) is very interesting and comes in a nice kit with manual to explain the procedure for using it. It is marked 1950 and the images are printed on very heavy card stock. The drawings are very bold with strong design possibilities. This set was made to determine certain traits one might have: Oedipal intensity, penis envy, anal sadism and many more. Very interesting to look at and they make a memorable wall display if framed.
Carefully removed from an old lumber yard building built in the 1920's --this red fire door has such amazing character and will add a focal interest to any room. Details like the hand hammered rivets, steel straps and levers add to the unique character of the door. Measures: 40 3/4" x 86" H (We are happy to work with you to ship this item anywhere--call us for a shipping quote)
This light is perfect for a night stand or compliments a console perfectly (might I suggest the one I just posted). Small distressed finish with a really stunning steel machined shade that swivels. Light is shown with a clear 25 watt bulb. I thought this type looks good on it making the shade resemble a flower.
