This rare medical device was developed by Dr. L.A. Sayre to cure and correct spinal curvature and ailments. the leather construction is sturdy with heavy stitching and rivets throughout the chin strap and other implements. The picture shows the main chin component but kit comes with many other rigs that attach to the shoulders and pulley system. Very unique and comes complete with gear and very brittle instruction sheet. Head pictured not included but shown as an example.
