These are probably the earliest dental phantom heads I have carried after selling these types of heads for the last 15 years. The head is heavy cast aluminum C. 1930. On top of the dental head it is stamped with a number (1-45). Nicely polished and a full set of solid aluminum fixed teeth set that are earlier but make a great match.
