I had to dig deep and try and get this one together. As you know the all metal head and gum combo are a great looking combo and rather hard to find. This head has the shroud pins present and the aluminum teeth set has a nice mix of teeth with various procedures ranging from gold, silver fillings , and some solid aluminum teeth. The teeth are removable by small screws on the top and bottom and also have set screws. Quite a few have procedures in varying degrees of completion and is missing only two teeth. Comes with a great articulating stand that is multi posable and also has a chair mounting strap. You can modify the base to your liking .
