I had reserved this dental set for a perfect match and this dental phantom head with the long buccal plates came in. Both pieces are from around 1950 (if not a bit earlier) and have all the shroud pins in tact. The pins were used to stretch a rubber dental dam across the mouth to simulate a more human feel. The teeth set has signs of procedures that the dentist made which look like work for fillings and caps. Comes in raw waxed steel base as shown.
