This Nissin phantom model comes with a Columbia dental set of teeth—teeth are removable via small screws on top and bottom of set. The head is molded plastic with a metallic finish and the cheek plates are made of metal. Has shroud pins to stretch over dental dam for an extra level of dental practice. I have modified a rubber shroud and put it in the pin holders as an example, and is included with the head! Comes with steel stand as shown.
