The Burton field lamp was used in WWII on the field so it had to be light and compact. The lamp has the classic olive drab paint and I adapted it to a stand. The lamp makes a great ambient lamp and I have added a dimmer switch to control the output of the lamp from very bright to a nice glow. Has signs of distress on the chrome reflective surface but adds a nice worn in touch.
