I’ve had these vintage aluminum and glass holophanes for some time and have made them into these custom sconces. The face is an aluminum ring that holds the domed thick holophane glass. I designed a custom bracket that has a long cord with an in line clicker to turn off the sconces. They also have turn key knobs in case they are installed low by the bedside and each is facing inside for easy on and off. The bracket is made of steel and has two mounting holes. Standard socket to accept any bulb. The glass disperses the light with a nice subtle glow.
