This small light has a very thick magnifier to amplify the light as can be seen by the tiny 20 watt bulb that I have inside of it. I rewired the piece to accept a small standard bulb. the top cover twists off for easy access. The lamp has original color with wear on it and it is attached via some vintage laboratory clamps that make is easily adjustable along the axis. It is a nice rustic accent lamp if you are looking to illuminate a small object on a table. Turns on and off via switch on the side. I collect interesting lamp components and over time assemble them when they happen to pair up—here you go. Measures: 10.5” H with an overall 10” span
