I have been very interested in textiles of all types and will be introducing new products to this category. We are keeping it broad from rugs to anything cool and unusual. Today we have introduced 7 Turkmen handmade rugs from the 30's-50's. All pieces are in great shape and have interesting bold designs. Check out this new category on the site!

New Location Opening Late March
If you haven't heard or seen much new action around here it is because we have moved! After almost four years in Ukrainian Village we are moving to a bigger and better location in Logan Square. Hopefully things go smoothly and we will open sometime in late March. Hope to see you at our new space!

Finally got the Operay up and and on a track so we can pivot it and slide it around. We changed the globe to a red one, but it looks pretty good with the white globe as well.

Yes! We have transitioned off of our old site and upgraded our look. You will notice cleaner more simplified categories and smoother use on your phones or ipad. A look back...AGC sells instant art
I was just thinking about when we first opened I was fortunate enough to have a very unique stock of early 1900-1930 marquee letters. Artist Jack Pierson used many of our letters to make installations in various museums around the globe. The one pictured below is in Italy. So when I say our stuff is instant art I mean it.
Big Star Taco
It was good to go into the Big Star the other day and have my fish taco. If you haven't been to this Chicago taco joint it sure serves up a pretty excellent selection of tacos. I usually hit it up when I am craving a fish taco and my friend JR loves the bourbon list. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they finally put up the Taco sign I sold them a while back--the fella closest to us in the photo found the 'S'. Team work!
