This heavy glass cylinder was used for blood flow and treating erectile dysfunction. Usually found in early 19th century medical catalogs as penis congestors. They would typically come in a wooden box with a brass pump and rubber tubing. Pretty rare piece of sexual health equipment as you can imagine these were thrown out or broken over time.
Cylinder is in pretty good condition with no breaks. Has a metal cap where tubbing would get attached via a threaded connection.
