This came with an old artificial hand and arm I had from the 1920’s—this Dorrance hook was made later late 40’s early 50’s and has all the attachments to adapt to a vintage arm. I recall it did fit onto the 1920’s’ arm system. This particular Dorrance #3 was preferred by farmers or people that did manual labor as it was a handy attachment to work with.
