A little eerie and has a Hannibal Lecter look to it—subtle luminescent yellow glow. The bite block is used during electroshock therapy / convulsive therapy, anesthesia, and seizure. Hole allows breathing while piece is in the mouth. Comes unused and in original case. Also comes with a note from someone requesting it from the 70’s—extra odd.
