1970's Farrall Mark 100 Aversion Therapy Shock Device
1970's Farrall Mark 100 Aversion Therapy Shock Device
This is the second of our Farrall devices listed— the other one is also used in behavioral therapy and is a larger unit. This unit is a smaller and portable and comes with original instruction manual . The manual is fairly thorough and sites various text related to the use of the device which is quite a valuable piece of research. I was looking at some of the suggestions for use with patients that have either alcoholism or sex addiction . The manual has several interval suggestions as to how to gradually increase the shock. A very cool piece to add to your psyc devices catalog and makes a great display in a personal collection.
I have not tested the unit but seems to be complete and intact. This unit should only be used for display .
Does not come with electrodes pictures but that is easily found —manual suggests a specific type of electrodes to use as well.
