Very rare and complete dental phantom with orthodontic teeth set.  The dental head is quite unique because it consists of two components the upper head form and the lower aluminal plate drainage shroud . Piece has a spout for hose attachment. Head is a very early columbia head with all dental pins and is stamped on the top if the head with the # 6. I have a picture of an example of how the shroud goes. It has nicks and is just for a demonstration but I can throw it in if you'd like.

Complete head is original and comes with a vintage stand.
