These objects are rather rare and I finally got one in their original box. A conformer is a prosthetic device you put in your eye socket (when you loose it) and it trains and preps the opening to receive the prosthetic eye. One would leave it in for some time sometimes slowly sizing it up. this one was used by a patient and comes in original box with nice velvet lining to protect the device. Box Measures: 1.5” x 1.25”
