This tiny MVAD possibly an early variation of the (CircuLite ?) is quite small and a great example of the next generation of MVAD devices. This little device can fit in the palm of the hand and weights 77.5 grams. A great example for study and reference in a heart device library collection. The pump is perhaps a test device / prototype and has small acrylic ports that give a view into the inflow bearings for study.

Unit is in good retired condition and has not been tested—seems to be intact. Used for study or as a museum collectible.
