The 'Nod and Shake' goggles were invented in 1922 by Mr. Cover to help those that work in smoke environments (Firemen), Chemical Workers, Lime handlers and those working in very bad dust or fumes. The set comes with original box and the goggles are in excellent condition. When the lenses get fogged up you just shake the head and the water inside cleans the lens.
