1950's NASA Juno II Launch Vehicle Rocket
$0.00
A near impossible to find contractor model of the Juno II Rocket C.1950. This piece comes on a walnut base with placard that reads ‘U.S Army Juno II Special Probe and Satellite Launching Vehicle. Juno II was an American space launch vehicle used during the late 1950s and early 1960s. It was derived from the Jupiter missile, which was used as the first stage.
The model is made of metal with the exception of the second phase (top part) which is a resin that has an age old repair. Looks great as is with appropriate age and color. Measures: 13” H on a 4” x 4” walnut base.
