This device was used by veterinarians to examine a horses mouth. Very medieval looking ratchets on the sides of the system to adjust and hold the mouth open. The leather straps are old and worn and the metal has nice age and color. Looks nice as shown on a table top. Measures: 10” L with 6” Width and varies H
