I can’t quite pin the aircraft type for this particular aircraft but is is a variant of the P- or in that family. This wind tunnel model is from C.1940 and the fin comes off and is held by some pins —the fin is fixed but the elevators move up and down and it is quite a good size piece (see ruler for reference) the span is about 11”. It is made of precision machined steel and it has a tiny chip on the right outer elevator component that is not distracting and almost not noticeable but worth noting.
