This control panel was acquired from Johnson Space Center Simulator Training unit during upgrades. Control Panel 2 (C2) is centrally located on the cockpit and relays important critical data on the shuttle. This particular panel came off the simulator that the astronauts used to practice on pre-flight training. It is an original used piece of training gear and makes a rather great display. Panel is made of aluminum with the classic industrial gray paint and can be easily unmounted from display stand via two screws. The control panel plate measures: 8” x 19”. Has normal face wear from use. Last photo shows a rare space mitten and bladder glove we have listed separately. Comes with custom display stand.
