Image of Saturn in slightly descending scale overlaid as three separate films on top of each other creating an interloping image that is rather abstract. The piece is printed using the cyanotype photographic process and the large watercolor sheet was hand coated and dried and then three films were used to make a giant contact print. Quite a unique piece — I like it hung vertically but I have also shown what it looks like horizontally. The piece is framed in a dark charcoal wood moulding floated on natural white archival board to compliment the deckled natural edges.
Measures: 50” x 66” on 300grm Arches French watercolor paper.
