These pork cuts from the American Meat Institute Chicago C.1940 is an exemplary set in design and color. The cobalt blue is deep and vivid making the reds pop and vibrate. The pieces are numbered 1-8 and show the different types of cuts and product that is derived from that section. It is quite rare to find these in the original portfolio complete and in very good condition having been in the portfolio for the last 83 or so years. Each chart is printed on a mid-weight card stock and measures 11” x 14”. Quite an attractive set to be displayed as a set or framed together as a single piece.
