More like a crash film from the 50's these cards are part of a butcher test.  They were used for the final exam to see how keen you are at identifying meat cuts. These are equally cool as a meat grid on your wall. Frame it up and put in your kitchen or meat shop. Each card is 5" x 7" on card stock.
